DIFFERENT MODE OF SHIPPING
I. B2C SHIPPING

We offer various shipping options. Our shipping options are undertaken by third party service providers; however, we are responsible for ensuring the shipping is undertaken for shipping undertaken by the sellers through us. In the event shipping is undertaken by sellers, then Thara Cart will not be responsible for the same.

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and vary based on Local, Regional, National, SP1, and SP2 Zone classifications, as determined by each seller's policies.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We do not offer international shipping nor to Restricted regions and to non-serviceable pin codes.

- Weather conditions
- Traffic congestion
- Logistics issues
- Destination location
Estimated Delivery Time B2C:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Thara Cart is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to third-party logistics providers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

II. B2B SHIPPING

Shipping Charges and Delivery Dates: Shipping charges will be determined based on the volumetric weight or actual weight of the product. Shipping charges are determined and collected by the seller, varying according to each individual seller's policies and Zones.

Estimated Delivery Times B2B: 7-12 business days. The estimated delivery date provided for your package is an expected date and may be subject to change. This estimate is provided by our logistics partner.

The dispatch date for your order is established by the seller, and please note that dispatch times can vary between sellers, ranging from 2 to 7 days depending on stock availability and potential delays.

- B2B Cancellation Terms: B2B orders are generally non-cancellable once confirmed.
- Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation request is submitted more than 24 hours after the purchase, a cancellation fee will be applied.
- Cancellation After Dispatch: If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the cancellation will only be processed if the freight charges incurred by the seller for the consignment are deducted from the refund. This will result in a partial refund.
