Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

DIFFERENT MODE OF SHIPPING

I. B2C SHIPPING

  1. We offer various shipping options. Our shipping options are undertaken by third party service providers; however, we are responsible for ensuring the shipping is undertaken for shipping undertaken by the sellers through us. In the event shipping is undertaken by sellers, then Thara Cart will not be responsible for the same.

  2. All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  3. Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and vary based on Local, Regional, National, SP1, and SP2 Zone classifications, as determined by each seller's policies.

  4. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We do not offer international shipping nor to Restricted regions and to non-serviceable pin codes.

  1. Thara Cart is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to third-party logistics providers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during sales, festivals, or special events

  3. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

  4. Tracking Information: You will receive tracking updates via email/SMS.

  5. Delivery Inquiries: Submit a ticket via Help Desk for delivery inquiries.
